These cookies I have prepared for a young couple of dear friends sposati da poco.
Di recente son andata a trovarli ed ho pensato di portare questo vassoio di biscotti per loro. Alcuni sono a forma di cuoricino e decorati in vario modo, altri sono a forma delle loro iniziali....hanno gradito e questo mi ha reso felice :) Si tratta di biscottini di pasta frolla, cotti nella piastra per biscotti della Wilton(Decora) e ricoperti con Glassa fondente bianca giĆ pronta della Decora , infine decorati con ghiaccia reale colorata. Eccovi la ricetta spiegata nel dettaglio...
Ingredienti
Per i biscottini:
175 gr di farina 00
65 gr di zucchero
50 gr butter 1 egg
half a bag of yeast
grated rind of half a lemon For the ice real colorful :
200 grams of powdered sugar
36 grams of albumen (egg white)
some drops of lemon juice
gel food coloring a few drops of water (if necessary)
Also:
honey glaze white chocolate ready for Decorate
procedure
For the cookies: Mix
flour, sugar and lemon juice, add the soft butter into small pieces and mix until the butter is completely incorporated, then add the egg and baking powder and form a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Roll out the pastry and cut the dough into the molds you want extracted.
Place the cookies on a pan lined with parchment paper or butter and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven to let cool.
For real colored ice:
Place egg white in a bowl with lemon drops and with a little sieved icing sugar and start working with electric whips. When it begins to fit together little by little the remaining sifted icing sugar and continue working until it reaches the right consistency. Divide the ice in different parts and each with different color food coloring gel goccino adding some water if necessary.
To prevent the dry ice in a hurry, we must take care to cover the ice that you are not using a sheet of plastic, making it adhere to the ice.
For biscuits shaped Letter:
Take each cookie and decorate it with the ice directly to the real color you wish. Air dry.
For biscuits shaped like a little heart:
Dissolve a little honey in the microwave (a few seconds are enough). With a brush spread on each cookie a light layer of honey. Adhere cut out of fondant icing and then the stessa forma del biscotto e infine decorare con la ghiaccia reale colorata, utilizzando un cornetto di carta vegetale. Quindi far asciugare.
