Pasta with ricotta cheese, mushrooms and ham biscuits

As some of you will understand, I love mushrooms and every opportunity we can to make some good dish with them inside ^ _ ^
And just by the desire to eat a dish with mushrooms, was born recipe that I propose to you today:)


Ingredients for 5-6 people :
500 grams of pasta 'and puntiglius Gragnano
onion
30 grams of dried porcini mushrooms 1 slice thick
of ham ricotta


white wine salt

Procedure:
Wash and soak the dried porcini mushrooms for about 30 minutes. Drain and cut into pieces.
put on the fire in a pan with some oil and fry the chopped onion, add mushrooms and salt, mix, blend with a little white wine and cook mushrooms adding occasionally a little water when necessary. When the mushrooms are almost cooked (about 30 minutes), add the diced ham.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water. Put the ricotta in a bowl and knead with a few tablespoons of boiling water to cook pasta. When the pasta is cooked, drain, return quickly to the fire along with mushrooms, ham and cheese, mix thoroughly and serve.

In attesa dell'arrivo della primavera, mi son divertita a fare questi allegri biscottini...
Per realizzarli ho utilizzato la glassa fondente della Decora (bianca e colorata) e un set di tre taglia biscotti (farfalla,tulipano e coniglietto) della Wilton ( Decora )

Ingredienti

175 gr di farina 00
60 gr di zucchero a velo
50 gr di burro
1 uovo intero
8 gr di lievito per dolci
grated rind of half a lemon
Also:

honey glaze white and dark colored ( Decorate )

Procedure:
Mix flour, sugar and grated lemon rind, add the butter and mix until the butter is completely incorporated, then add the egg and baking powder and form a ball of dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle the work surface a little 'flour and roll out the pastry with a rolling pin. Decorate With

Questa ricetta mi ricorda l'infanzia, era sempre presente nei buffet di compleanni o ai pic nic di famiglia. Non la facevo da tanto tempo e...con la voglia di riprovare quel lontano sapore che profuma di ricordi, ho deciso di rifarla...

Ingredienti:
700 gr di farina 0
400 ml di latte
7 cucchiai di olio evo
25 gr di lievito
24 gr di sale
2 cucchiaini sugar 1 egg


Also:
smoked cheese (hard or braid)

mortadella ham
Galbanino
2 tomatoes

Procedure:
Pour a little warm milk in a glass in which is dissolved the yeast, pour another drink in another bit of milk and dissolve sugar and salt together. Start working the flour with milk in which the yeast has dissolved, add oil and milk with salt and sugar in the loose and continue to knead adding the remaining milk until a smooth paste and smooth.


Divide the dough into two loaves

and let rise for one hour in warm place away from drafts.


Meanwhile prepare the stuffing: Chop the smoked cheese (hard or braid), mortadella, ham and Galbanino together and mix them together with two chopped tomatoes.

and bake at 200 degrees for about 25-30 °.
Let cool, cut and serve.

Cake for 2 nd degree


After the success of the first cake for my brother's graduation, I made him a second. The decorations of the first really like so I re-run: I made a new cap, one parchment and another red rose, and finally I did a cockade red all polished decor gel.
I had plenty of time to redo a cake book, so I used as a decorative base
decorative basket that is made with whipped cream.

Sponge rectangular (36 cm x 27), washed with delicate washes of coffee liqueur, filled with a layer of custard nutella, and a layer of cream the diplomatic lemon . The pink

is made mmf red, while the outline of the petals I've marked with a small brush dipped in a little red dye in gel mixed goccino with water. For
leaves frosting I used dark green leaf of Decorate .


The parchment is made mmf white, the writing was done with a black felt-tip food and the edges are painted red using a brush dipped in a little red dye in gel goccino mixed with water.

For cap I used black plastic chocolate, while the cord is made with red mmf .

La coccarda è in mmf rosso .
