Today I propose two fast appetizers and delicious, perfect for a lunch of fish ... maybe when you want to prepare something tasty appetizer, but you have little time available. You will make a good impression, guaranteed;)

Another advantage is that you can get everything ready a few hours in advance and leave in fridge until ready to serve;)

Ingredients:

For shrimp sauce: Shrimp shelled


Mayonnaise Ketchup

few drops of brandy

few leaves of salad

Procedure:

Wash and dry the salad leaves.

Wash and peel the shrimp (if you're in a hurry you can use shrimp already peeled and frozen). Boil shrimp in salted water, once cooked, drain and let cool.

In a bowl put a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, in such quantity as to incorporate the shrimp, then add a little 'ketchup and a few drops of brandy. Stir until the sauce is smooth and solid. Stir in the shrimp the sauce and let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator, stir and serve shrimp and deliver them to salad leaves.

For the salmon:

Slices of smoked salmon oil

Vinegar Lemon juice

Procedure:

Arrange the slices of smoked salmon directly on the plate to serve. Season each slice with a little olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and salt filtered.
