Sympathy Phrases For Cards

In questi giorni si è laureato il mio fratellone, è stato un momento bellissimo, ricco di emozioni e non vi dico quanti pianti di gioia mi son fatta! Ci ha fatto commuovere tutti !! Non mi soffermo altrimenti ricomincio a piangere...
Questa che vedete è la torta che ho realizzato a sorpresa per lui ... mi è costata tempo e fatica, ma devo dire che per essere stata la mia prima torta Libro, son abbastanza soddisfatta del risultato. Non avendo lo stampo per il libro e neanche tutti gli strumenti adatti non è stato semplice, ma nonostante le difficoltà di realizzazione, la torta è piaciuta sia esteticamente che di gusto e questo è l'importante per me...riuscire a trasmettere un emozione o a far nascere un sorriso in chi la riceve...oltre che a deliziargli il palato :)


Per realizzarla ho fatto un Pan di spagna rettangolare (cm 36 x 27), bagnato con bagna delicata di liquore al caffè, farcito con uno strato di crema pasticcera alla nutella , ed uno strato di crema diplomatica al limone .

La pergamena è realizzata con mmf bianco , la scritta è stata fatta con un pennarello alimentare nero e i bordi sono dipinti di rosso utilizzando un pennellino intinto in un pochino di colorante rosso in gel mescolato con un goccino di acqua.

Le pagine sono realizzate con glassa fondente bianca della Decora , mentre i bordi sono di mmf bianco .

Il segnalibro è in mmf , colorato poi spennellando un pò di colorante rosso in gel mescolato con un goccino di acqua.

leaves I used fondant icing green leaf of Decorate finally polished with decor gel.

Leafing through an old issue of Easy in the Kitchen (Pizza and pies), I came across these morsels, and as things cheese I like, I've just tried. They are suitable to be cut as if they were accompanied by sandwiches and whatever you ... I like to make me "evil" I accompanied them with a slice of mortadella Embee ... ... the sins of gluttony should be done well, otherwise what fun is it? hi hi hi

Ingredients:
500 grams of flour (flour I 0)
200 ml of water

70 g butter 30 g lard (I substituted with 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil) 35 g

Bocconcini Cheese Risotto with porcini mushrooms


When I served on the board this risotto, after a first taste, I was asked if I had changed something in my usual recipe, because it felt more flavor, better. .. thought I had added some particular ingredient and could not understand what ... and the reason is that the recipe is always the same, there is no ingredient more, what has changed is the rice! In fact, I used the rice carnaroli Company Margara and to my pleasant surprise la differenza si sente eccome!! Questo riso dà un sapore delicato ed una spinta in più ai piatti!

Ingredienti
per circa 5-6 persone :
600 gr di riso Carnaroli ( Margara )
40 gr di funghi porcini secchi
3 litri e mezzo di acqua
2 dadi ai funghi porcini
1 cipolla
sale
60 gr di burro
olio evo
un bicchiere di vino bianco
prezzemolo tritato

Procedimento:
Mettere a bagno i funghi porcini secchi per circa 30 minuti. Scolarli e tagliarli a pezzi.
Preparare un brodo con i tre litri e mezzo di acqua e i due dadi ai funghi porcini (deve essere sempre bollente you will need it for cooking rice and mushrooms).

This recipe is excellent to serve with meats or cheeses ... all to munch on, gnammi:))

Ingredients:

230 grams of warm water
410 grams of flour 00 (ideal for pizza, Molino Spadoni )

Also:

1 teaspoon salt 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and chopped herbs and distribute this preparation with a brush the entire surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Muffins Nesquik


Yesterday afternoon, my sister invited a girlfriend home to spend the afternoon together. Volevo preparare qualcosa di buono per la merenda e mi son ricordata che in dispensa avevo una confezione di nesquik, così sono nati questi muffins :)
Le signorine (guai a chiamarle bambine) hanno gradito molto, mia sorella ne ha mangiati 4 uno dopo l'altro ^_^ Eh si, direi proprio che son piaciuti :)

Per realizzarli ho utilizzato lo stampo in silicone per muffins della Pedrini

Ingredienti per 14 muffins:
160 gr di farina 00 (speciale antigrumi Molino Spadoni )
70 gr di zucchero
2 uova
80 gr di nesquik
2 cucchiaini scarsi di cacao amaro
70 gr di latte
70 gr di olio
12 gr di lievito per dolci

Procedimento:
In una ciotola mescolare la farina, lo zucchero, il lievito, il cacao e il nesquik.
In un'altra ciotola invece mescolare l'olio, le uova e il latte.
Unire gli ingredienti secchi al liquidi e mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno fino ad ottenere un composto uniforme.
Adagiare i pirottini di carta per muffins negli appositi stampini e versare il composto all'interno. Cuocere a 180° per circa 20- 30 minuti. Vale la prova stecchino.

Method: Peel

Beat the egg whites until stiff with a tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
Working in butter cream and sugar, then add the sifted flour with the starch, baking powder and salt.
Add the apple sauce with all the soaking and then combine it with a spatula, very gently and repeatedly, the egg whites.
Pour into the mold has been buttered and floured and bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.

Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.


Notes: for me that is a delicious first-class, the dose of sugar is perfect for those who prefer a less sugary, it is recommended to decrease the dose of sugar to 150 grams
