This recipe is of Moroccan origin, it is a kind of flatbread that can be stuffed with either chocolate, honey, jam, etc. for a sweet version, or with cold meats and cheese for a savory version. I've tried both with the sweet with salty. It 's a very tasty recipe, quick, and also the type of work makes pastry;) The recipe I saw on the website of Francesca's blog "Sweet and not just" in turn got it from a Moroccan girl.
