230 grams of warm water
410 grams of flour 00 (ideal for pizza, Molino Spadoni )
25 g of yeast
12 grams of salt 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Also:
1 teaspoon salt 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
oregano thyme sage
Procedure:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a bowl combine the flour, salt and oil. Add little by little into the water with the dissolved yeast and mix well for all ingredients. Allow to rise for one hour in a warm place away from drafts.
After this period of rising, take the dough, knead a bit and stretch the dough with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with a little oil, transport the mixture into the pan and continue to spread it by hand.
In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and chopped herbs and distribute this preparation with a brush the entire surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
